APN Troubleshooting TD

If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.

Before we dive into troubleshooting, please keep in mind that connectivity can be weak or unavailable in certain areas, such as mountains, forests, rural locations, or near large bodies of water.

Now, let’s start by checking the APN settings through the Web Management interface. Please follow the steps below:

1. Access the Web Management page of your device.

To begin troubleshooting, make sure your device—like a phone, laptop, or tablet—is properly connected to your Ryoko device. If you're using your phone to access the web management, turn off your mobile data. You can still reach the web management page even if you're having internet problems with your Ryoko.

Additionally, be sure to utilize the address bar on your preferred search engine, such as Google, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, when logging into the web management system.

  • Simply type in 192.168.0.1 in the URL search bar and press enter.

  • Use "admin" as both the username and password.

2. From the side panel, select ‘Network Settings’, then choose ‘APN’.

3. On the APN page, verify the following:

  • Profile Name: It should be set to flolive.net.

  • IPv4 APN: It should also be flolive.net.

If the APN name or settings are different, you’ll need to create a new APN:

1. Select ‘Manual’, then refresh the web management page until you see the "Set as default" button at the bottom, and click 'Add New'.

2. Enter the following information:

  • Profile Name: flolive.net

  • 3GPP Settings IPv4 APN: flolive.net

  • 3GPP2 Settings IPv4: flolive.net

3.Click ‘Apply’/Set as default to save the new APN.

After creating the new APN, please wait at least 30 minutes before restarting the device.

When turning on your Ryoko, please wait for the 4G icon to turn green and the signal bars to appear. Then, allow up to 15 minutes for the device to fully connect. This is normal as it secures a connection with the local network and service provider.

Once connected, scan the QR code on the Ryoko screen or find the Ryoko network name in your device’s Wi-Fi settings to get online.
