- Ryoko works in many countries by connecting to partner 4G/LTE networks, but coverage always depends on local towers and signal strength in your specific area. In remote places (mountains, deep countryside, indoors with thick walls), speeds may slow down or the signal may drop, just like with any mobile network.
- Your data plan is “roaming-free” in the sense that you don’t pay extra roaming fees in supported countries, but it still has data caps and Fair Use limits. After you reach your high-speed allowance (15 GB for Unlimited), speeds may be throttled or service limited until the next cycle, until you top up, or use speed boosters.
In short, Ryoko can keep you online across many countries without surprise roaming charges, but performance will still depend on local coverage, and your data plan limits still apply wherever you travel.
