Understanding data usage: Fair Use Policy
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
Our data plans are designed for personal, mobile use - like travel, everyday browsing, and occasional streaming - not as a permanent home or office broadband replacement.
To keep the network fair for everyone:
- Extremely heavy or “always‑on” usage (such as replacing home internet, streaming for many hours every day, torrenting/P2P, SIM farming, or reselling data) is considered unfair use.
- After you use 15 GB of data (for Unlimited) in a monthly billing cycle, your speed may be reduced (throttled) for the rest of that cycle.
- Very high monthly usage (around 65 GB in total, or repeatedly high use after throttling) may trigger additional restrictions, suspension, or termination after review.
In serious or repeated cases of abuse (commercial use, resale, IP selling, mass distribution, or trying to bypass limits), services may be cancelled without refund. Automated notifications are sent as you approach key usage thresholds so you can adjust usage or upgrade your plan if needed. You may read more about Fair Use Policy here.
