Can I cancel my data plan / subscription at any time?

Yes. Your data plan is a no‑contract subscription, so you are free to cancel future renewals at any time.


You have two options to cancel:

  1. Log in to Self‑Service (my.viaota.com), go to the Billing section, and cancel your plan.
  2. Or contact our customer support team and ask them to cancel your subscription for you.


After cancellation, your plan will stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and it will not renew again.
