How to view order / subscription history

If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.

You can see all your past purchases and active plans directly in Self‑Service.


  1. Log in at my.viaota.com/login.
  2. Open the Billing or Plans & Services section.
  3. Under Billing, you’ll see your order history and past subscriptions (dates, amounts, and invoices).
  4. Under Plans & Services, you’ll see your active subscription, including plan name and renewal date.


Click any entry to view more details or download the related invoice. If something looks incorrect or a payment is missing, contact customer support with your account email and, if possible, your order number.
