How to view order / subscription history

If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.

You can see all your past purchases and active plans directly in Self‑Service.


  1. Log in at my.viaota.com/login 
  2. Go to the Billing or Plans & Services section.
  3. There you’ll see:
  • Your order history (payments, dates, and amounts).
  • Your active and past subscriptions, including plan names and renewal dates.


Click on any entry to see more details, and, where available, open or download the related invoice. If something doesn’t look right or a payment is missing, contact customer support with your account email and, if possible, your order number, so they can double‑check your history.
