How to update your account information
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
This folder is not available in Czech, view it in English
You can update your name and email directly from your Self‑Service profile.
- Log in at my.viaota.com/login.
- Click Profile in the top menu.
- Under Profile Information, edit your Name and/or Email fields.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
If you also want to update your password or enable two‑factor authentication, you can do that in the Update Password and Two Factor Authentication sections on the same page.
