How to replace a lost or forgotten device

- If you no longer plan to use the service, it’s best to cancel your subscription so future charges stop.
- If you already bought (or plan to buy) a new device, your existing data plan can be transferred to that new device. Just contact our customer support team and share your order details so they can assist with the transfer.
- Keep your account secure
- Log in to your self-service account and update your password to make sure your data stays protected, especially if the old device might be in someone else’s hands.
- Get a replacement device
- When you’re ready, you can purchase a new device from our website. After that, our team can help link your active subscription to your new device, or you can start a new plan if needed.
