You can return products purchased on getryoko.com within 30 days of receiving your order if:

• the package arrived damaged or contaminated,
• the product is defective or incorrect, or
• you simply changed your mind, and the item is in original condition and packaging.

To start a return, fill out the contact form at https://getryoko.com/contact within 30 days and include your full name, email, order number, and reason for return. Our support team will send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) form and the return address. Returns without an RMA or tracking number cannot be processed.

Shipping costs are not refundable. After your returned items are received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (typically within 14 days, then 3-5 business days to appear on your statement).
