Refund for Subscription Purchases

If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.

For subscription purchases, charges are non‑refundable once they’ve been processed. This includes our 6‑month subscription plans.


To make things easier, 6‑month subscriptions receive reminder emails before the next renewal date, so you have time to review your plan and cancel if you no longer wish to continue.


  • If you cancel before the renewal date:

Your subscription won’t renew and you won’t be charged for the next period.


  • If you cancel after the charge has gone through:

We can stop future renewals, but we’re not able to refund the payment that was already processed. Your subscription will simply stay active until the end of the billing period you’ve paid for, so you can continue using the service during that time.
