How to Pause your data plan
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
If you don’t need your data for a while, you can pause your subscription so you’re not billed during that period. The plan can be paused once for up to 6 months.
You have two ways to do this:
- Via Self‑Service:
- Log in at my.viaota.com.
- Go to the Billing section.
- Select your active plan, choose the option to cancel subscription, then select Pause and confirm.
- Via Customer Support:
- Contact the support team and request a pause for your data plan.
- They will confirm how long it can be paused and when it will automatically resume.
While your plan is paused, service access is suspended, and billing resumes automatically once the pause period ends unless you cancel the subscription.
