How to upgrade / downgrade your data plan
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
You can change your data plan anytime through Self‑Service.
- Log in at my.viaota.com/login with your email and password.
- Go to the Plans & Services section.
- Select the plan that fits your needs and confirm the change by following the on‑screen steps.
The change will either take effect immediately or from your next billing period, depending on the option shown during confirmation. If you’re unsure which choice is best, contact customer support and they’ll help you select and apply the right plan.
