Viewing your current plan and usage
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
You can easily check your active plan and how much data you’ve used.
- Via Self‑Service
- Log in at my.viaota.com
- On the Dashboard or Plans & Services page, you’ll see your current plan, remaining data, and renewal date.
- In the Billing section, you can also see recent top‑ups and charges linked to that plan.
- On your Ryoko device
- Your remaining data and plan status are also visible directly on the Ryoko screen. Just wake up the device and browse through the display icons to see how much data you have left.
This way you can quickly check your usage either online or right on the device, wherever you are.
