With Self‑Service you can:
- Check your current data balance and usage in real time.
- Top up your plan anytime when you need more data.
- Manage your subscription: change plans, cancel renewals, or activate new ones.
- View and download invoices and payment history from the billing section.
- Update your account information such as name, email, and password.
- Personalize your device names so you can easily recognize which device is using which plan (handy for travel or family sharing).
All of this is available after logging in at my.viaota.com/login, so you can manage everything in one place whenever you need it.
