Change Payment Method
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
To change your payment method, you need to go to the Viaota dashboard at https://my.viaota.com/. You must choose a new subscription to enable the option "Use a different payment method." If you update your card and choose the same data plan, your previous data plan will be automatically deactivated, and your new data plan with your updated card will take effect immediately.
Please see the steps below:
1. Log in to your account at https://my.viaota.com/
2. Choose your preferred SIM card number.
3. Click or tap "Get More Data."
4. Choose a subscription. Note: If you update your subscription, the previous data plan will be automatically cancelled and the new subscription will take effect immediately.
5.Choose "Use a different payment method" then click or tap "pay now".
