- Try the Activation Link instead: If QR scanning fails, click the Activation Link in your email—it's faster anyway
- Check your email again: Make sure you're scanning the correct QR code from your Ryoko email (not a screenshot that's too dark)
- Restart your phone: Sometimes a restart fixes camera issues
- Use a different app: Try a QR scanner app from your app store if your phone's built-in camera won't work
