You can enable or disable your eSIM at any time from your device settings.
On iPhone
Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data)
Select your eSIM
Toggle Turn On This Line ON or OFF
On Android
Go to Settings → SIM Manager / Network & Internet
Select your eSIM
Toggle it ON or OFF
When should I turn eSIM off?
You may want to turn off your eSIM when:
You’re not using it
You want to switch back to your primary SIM
You’re troubleshooting connectivity issues
Turning off your eSIM will stop data usage but will not delete your plan.
