Slow data speeds: what to do

Slow speeds can happen for several reasons, even if your eSIM is working correctly.


1. Check your location

  • Indoor or rural areas may have weaker signal

  • Move to an open area or near a window

  • You are in a crowded area (events, airports)

  • You are indoors or underground


2. Restart network connection

  • Turn airplane mode ON for 10 seconds
  • Turn it OFF again
