eSIM connected but no data

If your phone shows signal but internet doesn’t work:


1. Enable mobile data for eSIM

  • Go to Settings → Mobile Data

  • Ensure eSIM is selected for data


2. Turn on Data Roaming

Even if connected, data may not work without roaming enabled (you won’t be charged extra when using our eSIM)


3. Check APN settings

Some networks require correct APN configuration.

  • Go to Mobile Network settings

  • Enter APN details: truphone.com


4. Restart device

This often forces a fresh connection.
