Hello and welcome! We’re here to help you get started with your Ryoko Muama 4G hotspot.
Inside your package, you’ll find your Ryoko Muama device with a prepaid Viaota SIM card already inserted. If the SIM card isn’t in place, don’t worry - it’s easy to insert. Just make sure you use the standard-sized SIM card from the three sizes provided.
Turning on your Ryoko Muama is simple: press and hold the power button until the screen lights up.
To connect your smartphone, laptop, or any other Wi-Fi-enabled device, you have two convenient options:
- Use the WPS button: Press it twice, and a QR code will appear on your Ryoko’s screen. Just scan it with your smartphone camera for an instant connection - no password needed.
- Manual connection: If you prefer, you can connect by selecting the “Ryoko” Wi-Fi network visible on your device’s list of Wi-Fi networks. The password (labeled as “PASS”) is displayed right on your Ryoko’s screen. If you don’t see it, press the WPS button once to toggle the display between the network name (WIFI) and the password.
