Tracking updates not working - what next?

If your tracking link isn’t updating or seems stuck, try these steps:
- Confirm your details
- Make sure you entered the correct order number, tracking code, or the email address used at checkout on the tracking page.
- Try again in a different browser or device in case it’s a display issue.
- Give it some time
- New shipments can take up to 24–48 hours to show movement after a label is created or picked up by the courier.
- It’s normal to see statuses like “Label created” or no scans for a short period, especially around weekends or holidays.
- Still no movement after a few days?
- If there are no new scans or the status hasn’t changed for several business days beyond the estimated delivery window, reach out to our customer support team.
- Include your order number, tracking code, and delivery address so we can check the shipment directly with our logistics partners.
- What our team will do
- Support will verify that your order has been dispatched correctly, contact the carrier if needed, and advise you on the next steps (such as waiting a bit longer, starting an investigation, or discussing replacement/refund options according to our shipping and return policies).
