Where is my order?

A few things to keep in mind:

  • If your order contains several items or large products, they might be shipped separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
  • When you check your tracking, you may see updates like “Label Created,” “Pending,” or “Shipping Information Received.” These messages often mean your order is in the queue and waiting to be scanned at the next delivery hub - they don’t always mean your package isn’t moving.


Your order status can progress through stages such as:

  • In Transit: Your package is on its way.
  • Delivered: The courier marked your package as delivered.
  • Return to Sender: Your package was sent back, often due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailable.
  • Delivery Failed: The courier tried to deliver, but was unsuccessful.
