What is not covered by warranty?

The standard Ryoko warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that occur under normal use, but it does not cover every type of damage or problem. In general, the warranty does NOT cover:


  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidents (for example: drops, crushing, exposure to extreme heat, or unauthorized opening/repair).


  • Damage caused by using non‑approved accessories, chargers, or third‑party SIM cards that are not intended for Ryoko devices.


  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (scratches, dents), or reduced battery capacity over time due to regular use.


  • Issues caused by external factors outside Ryoko’s control, such as poor network coverage in your area or interruptions from your local internet provider.
