How can I find my order number?

Your order number is sent to you in the order confirmation email right after you complete your purchase. Open that email and you’ll see the order number near the top of the message.



You can use this order number when:

  • Tracking your order on the tracking page.
  • Filling in the “Order number” field on the “Submit ticket” form to contact customer support.
  • Asking our team about delivery, invoices, or returns.

You can also find your order number on your invoice. Simply log in to the self-service portal, go to the “Billing” section, and open the relevant invoice—your order number will be shown there as well.


If you can’t find it:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.
  • Search your inbox for “Ryoko” or “order confirmation”.
  • If you still can’t locate it, contact our customer support team with your full name and the email address used for the purchase, and they’ll help you recover your order number.
