We understand that plans can change, and sometimes you need to adjust your Ryoko order. Here’s how it works:
Modifying Your Order
- Within 24 hours: You can change, update, or even cancel your order anytime during the first 24 hours. Just let us know, and we’ll do our best to sort things out quickly.
- After 24 hours: Because we ship Ryoko devices fast (so you get online sooner!), we’re not able to make changes once your order goes into our automated shipping process. But if you receive your package and find you don’t need it, you can return any unopened item within 30 days from purchase - no stress, no hassle.
