Refund timeline explained
If you have read and have not found a solution in our knowledge base, kindly submit a ticket.
Once your returned package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we aim to approve and issue your refund within 14 business days. After the refund is issued, it typically takes an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear on your bank or card statement, depending on your payment provider.
All refunds are sent back to the original payment method used for your order. Shipping costs are not refundable, and any bank processing times are outside of our control.
If your refund hasn’t shown up after 20 business days from the date we confirmed it was approved, please contact our customer support with your order number and, if available, your return tracking number, and we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
