If your Ryoko is on but you can’t get online, try these quick checks:


  1. Restart your Ryoko

  • Turn the device off, wait a few seconds, then turn it back on.

  • This simple step fixes many connection glitches.


  1. Check signal strength

  • Make sure the “4G” icon is green.

  • Look at the signal bars on the screen.

  • If they’re low or missing, move closer to a window or another spot with better reception.


  1. Check your data plan

  • Press the Menu/Plan Info button or log in to Self‑Service to confirm you still have data available.


  1. Make sure you’re connected to Ryoko Wi‑Fi

  • On your phone or laptop, open Wi‑Fi settings and confirm you’re connected to the “Ryoko” network, using the correct password shown on the device screen.
